Since 2004 the Italian Agile Day is the main Agile and Lean conference in Italy. This year’s edition will take place in Reggio Emilia on November 29 and 30. We added one more day to give more space to your proposals: the first day will be dedicated to workshops, the second day to presentations in various formats. We are looking for contributions! Do you use innovative approaches? Did you refine practices or tools? We want to know more!

Possible formats are:

• lightning talks (10 minutes)
• frontal or interactive presentations (45 or 90 minutes)
• workshops (90 or 180 minutes)

For lightning talks and presentations, we are looking for something new that extends the boundaries of agile. For workshops, we are looking for contributions with high educational value, preferably though not necessarily innovative. Furthermore, we would like to have a conference track for beginners, so presentations on basic topics are welcome too.

Examples of topics of interest, in no particular order::

• Experience reports
• Agile transformations
• Coaching
• Planning practices, estimates, team building, …
• Programming practices, TDD, BDD, OOD, …
• Beyond agile: evolution of practices and techniques

These topics are only examples: if you think you have something interesting to share with the community. then propose it and tell us more about it!

Timeline:
- Up to September 15: CfP and Perfection Game.
- From September 16 to 30: Perfection Game continues, but new proposals are no more accepted.
- October 7: communication of accepted sessions.
