Jacopo Romei I am an italian agile coach, entrepreneur & writer. After having founded a couple of IT companies and practiced agile development, I moved on as a full time freelance agile coach, coaching teams in Italy, Germany and UK. After another entrepreneurial adventure in ideato, I joined eBay Italia team to set up an agile process. Lately, while working with Neomobile, I have been using some time of mine to go back freelancing, caring a lot about contracts, negotiation and companies’ governance issues with Cocoon Projects.
Product ownership and agile UX are added skills acquired on field by tight cooperation with business people in companies I was coach of.
As a writer I have published a paper in experimental ecology, the Apress book “Pro PHP Refactoring” (2010), “PHP Best Practices” (2012) and the LiquidO™ Whitepaper (2014).
I am a frequent public speaker in international conferences and events about how the way of working is changing in software industry and organizations management.
