While software managers have learnt that there’s no way around “Agile” in software development, few of us are aware that the latter doesn’t live in a bubble. Learn in this talk why this means conflict and how to go about it!
Transitioning to agile software development practice is hard work, and doing great Scrum in a team is a challenge. But then you realize that the whole organisation will have to change and things get interesting. Accept the challenge!
